Day 1: ARRIVAL IN SIEM REAP
Arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, Cambodia. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Lotus Rice Travel’s representative and assist you to your hotel in Cambodia.
After check-in, have a rest and in the later part of the afternoon, enjoy a traditional boat ride to Tonle Sap Lake. We will visit the famous Chong Khneas and Artisan’s d’ Angkor and have some shopping spree at the local market. Back to the hotel.
Day 2: ANGKOR WAT
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, we will proceed to Angkor Wat for a one-day sight-seeing. Some of the places to visit within the Angkor Wat compound are the Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, Phimeanakas, The Elephant Terrace, the Jungles of Ta Prohm (popular for being the film Tom Rider’s shooting place), Preah Pali Lay, and the magnificent ANGKOR WAT TEMPLE.
Day 3: SIEM REAP TO HO CHI MINH
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, check-out and proceed to Siem Reap International Airport. You will meet upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh International Airport our company’s representative at the lobby to welcome and assist you to your hotel in Vietnam.
Day 4: HO CHI MINH TUNNELS TOUR
(Breakfast, Dinner)
At 8:30 am, after breakfast, our sight-seeing to the Cu Chi Tunnels begin. The tunnels of Củ Chi are an immense network of connecting tunnels located in the Củ Chi District of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and are part of a much larger network of tunnels that underlie much of the country. Your tour in this historical place will bring you back to the unforgotten Vietnam War.
In the afternoon, we travel back to the City, eat dinner and retire for the night.
Day 5: HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR
(Breakfast, Dinner)
At 8:00am, after breakfast, your guide will pick you up at your hotel for the Ho Chi Minh City tour. Your first stop is the War Remnants Museum – a real eye-opener to a part of Vietnam’s proud history. Then you’ll transfer to visit the Reunification Palace – untouched piece of history where time seems to have stood since April 30th of 1975. After that, we will visit the Notre Dame Cathedral located in a very peaceful picturesque corner of Ho Chi Minh city, across the road is the Central Post Office and the Opera House – significant symbols of the city. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant nearby.
Day 6: DEPARTURE
Our company representative will bring you back to the airport after breakfast and checking out.
